CLASS DISCRIPTIONS AND NOTES
Leadline - open to ages 8 and under who have not shown above leadline level. Riders may not enter into any classes not designated as Leadline, with the exception of Showmanship and In-hand Trail. W/T 10 and Under - open to riders 10 years old and younger who have not shown at the canter. Rider may not enter into any other classes that include the canter. W/T 11-17 Jr - open to riders ages 11 through 17 who have not shown at the canter. Rider may not enter into any other classes that include the canter. W/T 18 and Over - open to riders age 18 or older who have not shown at the canter. Rider may not enter into any other classes that include the canter. Open W/T Pleasure Classic - open to any age of rider. Rider may not enter into any other classes that include the canter. First Year W/T/C - open to riders of any age who are within their first year of competition. Adult W/T/C - open to all riders over 18. Open Hunt Seat W/T/C - open to all ages of rider. Open W/T/C Pleasure Classic - open to all ages of rider. Green Horse W/T - open to horses within their first and second year of competition. Riders must be 12 years old or older. Green horses cannot enter other classes/divisions besides Showmanship, In-hand Trail, Open W/T Pleasure Classic, and Green Horse Over Fences. Senior Rider - open to all riders above 40 years of age. Open Equitation Pattern W/T/C on the Flat Classic - open to all ages of rider. Riders will complete a pattern of commands one at a time. W/T Crossrails - open to all ages of rider. Rider may not enter into any other classes that include the canter. W/T riders may not enter any jump classes outside of the W/T Crossrails division. Green Horse Over Fences - open to horses within their first and second year of competition. Jump height - crossrails. No amateur riders. Green horses cannot enter other classes/divisions besides Showmanship, In-hand Trail, Open W/T Pleasure Classic, and Green Horse W/T. Open Cross Rail Classic - To be shown over cross rails at the canter. 18 Inches - to be shown over 18 inch verticals at the canter. 2' - to be shown over 2ft verticals at the canter. 2'6" - to be shown over 2ft 6in verticals at the canter. 12" Crossrail Jumpers Red/Blue - Blue ribbons for anyone completing the course within the allotted time. Red ribbons for those who take longer than the allotted time. 12" through 2'9" Jumpers A/B - course to be ridden within allotted time. Placing 1-6 in order of speed. Showmanship - in-hand pattern judged on presentation of horse and rider, manners, and well executed pattern. In-Hand Trail - in-hand trail obstacles scored on how well each obstacle is navigated and completed. Please note: - All ages are welcome and encouraged to compete! - All competitors, regardless of discipline, must wear an ASTM helmet whenever mounted and/or during judging. - In-hand is open to all disciplines and will be judged and presented according to breed standards. - Western may compete alongside English riders in all flat classes. - Each class, unless otherwise noted, will be pinned 1-6. - Leadline, W/T 10 and Under, W/T 11-17, W/T 18 and older, First Year W/T/C, Adult W/T/C, Green Horse, Senior Rider, Open W/T/C, W/T over Fences, 18", Green Horse Over Fences, 2', 2'3", and 2'6" will all have a Division Champion and Reserve Champion prize for the highest awarded across the division's classes. - Classic winners may not re-enter the won classic for the remainder of the series. - Special prizes for classics and year-end awards. - Competitors must attend 2 out of 4 shows to qualify for year-end awards. - Snacks and refreshments will be available - Cash or Venmo ONLY. - NO DOGS ALLOWED. - Attendees must follow all barn rules. - Riders must sign a waiver at check-in. - Riders compete in traditional show attire appropriate for their discipline. - There is no water pump available on-site. Please bring your own water for your horse(s). |
YEAR-END AWARDS BANQUET:
Competitors who participate in at least two of the series shows will have their points accrued into a series total across all shows. Upon finishing the series, all points will be totaled, and competitors will be invited to a banquet to award and celebrate their success. Year end awards will be given to:

- High point Jr/Sr awards across entire series
- Champion and Reserve Champion per division
- High point pony
- High point horse
- Sportsmanship award Jr./Sr.
