Leasing is a fantastic option for people who want to be more involved in the riding program. Leasing offers discounted lessons and practice rides to riders who commit to a lease program below.
SCHOOL HORSE LEASE
The School Horse lease is an ideal option for anyone just beginning their riding or for someone who knows they want to lease but are unsure of which school horse will be a best long-term fit. School horse leases consist of two scheduled lessons and one practice ride. These lessons may be private, semi-private, or group format, depending on availability and suitability. These lessons and practice rides are on any appropriate horse in the program, at the instructor's discretion. This lease format lets riders easily transition up through the levels without plateauing in their progression due to a horse's limitations.
This lease option is $765 paid monthly. No additional costs upon signing. Options to add on additional lesson and/or practice rides as requested and available.

PARTIAL HORSE LEASE
Partial leasing is great for riders who have a bond with a particular horse and want to commit to working with that horse exclusively. In signing a partial lease, the lessee gets lessons and practice rides on that horse as well as first right of refusal to using that horse at any show, event, or other additional riding opportunity. A partial lease does not give sole exclusive rights to that horse, however, as the horse will be shared with the program and/or other lessees.
- 2 lessons and 1 practice ride - $765
- 2 lessons and 2 practice rides - $900
An additional cost upon signing may be required for certain horses.
All lessons and practice rides are at scheduled times. If the lessee wants to have the horse available to them for the entirety of the days they ride, they may be allowed to do so at an additional cost.

FULL LEASE
Full leases function as if the horse that is leased is owned by the lessee. This is an ideal option for someone who wants to experience owning a horse, but is not ready for the long-term commitment and/or price of purchasing a horse of their own. This is also a great option for someone who loves a particular program horse and that horse is unavailable for purchase.
Full leases are $1450 per month as well as full routine expenses for the horse. This includes two lessons and all of the practice rides the lessee desires each week. Full leases are signed for 6 month or 1 year timeframes and may have an initial signing cost. The lessee will be the only rider for the horse outside of Iverson Equestrian trainers.
